You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the content and that public posting and use of your content by us will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

You agree to use the Marketplace only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Marketplace. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to, harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Marketplace.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Marketplace or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Marketplace.
